Verify Before You Trust
Read this warning before you act on any letter, certificate or instrument that carries the name of the World Diplomatic Organization.
Official warning · strict condition
A document is genuine only and strictly when it has been verified and authenticated by the Global Chairperson through this verification portal.
Any document you receive from WDO Headquarters or from any of its branches that does not pass through this portal, that has no approved result found here, or that cannot be authenticated or verified here, must be considered and treated as fraud, fake and falsified. Be warned, be cautious and stay vigilant with every document issued in the name of the WDO.
Report the sender immediately to your appropriate law enforcement authority and to WDO Headquarters:
Important notice · documents issued before 28 October 2026
Letters, certificates and documents that had already been issued and sent out before 28 October 2026 are not held in this portal. To validate one of them, the recipient must contact WDO Headquarters directly through its official communication channels:
From 28 October 2026 onwards, every letter, certificate and document must be verified through this portal, using the Our Ref reference printed on the document together with the QR code carried on every approved letter and document.
A document dated 28 October 2026 or later that has no Our Ref, no QR code, or that returns no approved result in this portal must be treated as not authenticated.
Why You Must Verify
Verification is not a courtesy request to Headquarters. It is the single act that turns a sheet of paper into an instrument of the World Diplomatic Organization.
Dangers of an Unverified Document
Every forged instrument carrying our name is a live threat. These are the specific harms that follow when a document is accepted without a verified result.
Benefits of Verifying
Verification costs nothing, requires no account, and returns a result in seconds. The benefits accrue immediately to whoever performs it.
Privileges of the Verified
A verified result is not only a warning avoided — it is standing. Documented proof of authenticity carries recognition that an unverified sheet never will.
