Who can apply for these documents?
All active WDO members in good standing are eligible to request documents. Some documents (e.g. membership certificates and ID cards) may require additional verification of your membership status.
How long does processing take?
Standard processing takes 3–5 working days from the time of payment confirmation. Express processing (24–48 hours) is available for select documents.
Are documents officially recognised?
WDO documents are issued on official letterhead bearing the organisational seal and are recognised within the WDO network, by affiliated bodies, and partner organisations. WDO is a nonprofit private organization — documents are issued internally by WDO and do not confer any government or sovereign status.
What if my request is declined?
If your request does not meet eligibility criteria, you will be notified by email. Fees may be refunded at the discretion of WDO Headquarters for declined applications.
